Summary

A suspiciously rounded 23,600 battled the winds to experience the first outing of #footballforsixpound at The Valley. Whilst the winds later provided an array of collateral damage, sadly Charlton were once again unable to pull up any trees. A tight and largely chance-free encounter drew the second consecutive goalless home stalemate, and Charlton are now the joint lowest scorers in the division with just 9 goals in 12 games.

The highlight of the afternoon was seeing the return from injury of talismatic French Striker Yann Kermorgant. The low point of the afternoon was the fifth minute injury to fragile French Striker Yann Kermorgant. Very much the story of our season so far.
