Morrison 8 Back to form--was wise though to walk quietly away from that scrum in the second-half. Dervite 7.5 A quiet but effective performance.Maybe needs to be more consistent. Wood 7 First time I've seen him play for us.He looked measured and in the right place for a few excellent interceptions. Wilson 7.5 Much more like him--getting forward as much as possible and stretching their defence.He thought about drawing the foul for the penalty and their number five obliged. Wiggins 7.5 Again,a performance in line with what we expect from Wiggy,great crossing and exploiting huge gaps on Watford's wing.Almost back to his top form. Pritchard 7.5 Where does his energy come from? Still struggling for consistency with passing but we have missed him when suspended.Totally committed to the cause. Stephens 7.5 Tried very hard and met with a lot of success.A shame that his long-range shot was straight at Almunia,anywhere else and the keeper struggles. Jackson 7 Tried very hard too,another player we miss when out injured.Unusually poor finish from Wiggins' cross but maybe a little rusty.Another 100% Charlton player. Kermorgant 7.5 When are referees going to protect him?Probably doesn't gain from over-reaction at times to challenges.Watford had to put two on him at times and clogged him eventually. Church 7 Not a great deal of good service to him,which is odd as he looks to be a good finisher.Would like to see Wiggy/Harriot/Wilson get crosses in aimed at him in equal measure to the default setting of those for Kermy's head. Pigott 7 Again,give him the ball quickly as he looks full of life,invention and confidence.Improve the service to the finishers of the team and we are looking at a very good,balanced team structure.
Cousins n/a A shame that we didn't see more than five minutes or so from him at the end---I think he already looks an outstanding player,balanced,athletic,inventive and can only get better.

Dervite 7 - solid and comfortable in possession. Nice mazy run forward in first half. Wood 7 - solid, no nonsense defender and brings a balance to that left side. Wilson 8 - one of Wilson's better games. Won us the penalty and wing back suits him well. Wiggins 7 - good enough but still not the Wiggins we've come to expect. He'll get better as the season goes on. Pritchard 9 - absolutely outstanding. Pritchard was everywhere and the formation just wouldn't work without him. Stephens 7.5 - some really great play at times, having 3 in the middle suits him well. Was a little worried he may get a second yellow at one point. Jackson 7 - done well, kept things ticking over and will get better the more he plays. Kermorgant 8.5 - incredible again, as always. The game changed for me when he was forced off. Felt we would have won otherwise. Church 7 - ran and ran, has such good movement and he's quicker than people give him credit for. Was unlucky to be brought down when through on goal. Pigott 6 - a little out of his depth. Needs to bulk up a bit to improve his battles with defenders but that will come in time. He'll be a star, just not quite yet.

More mobile than Cort but not as dominant in the air. Thankfully they were hobbits Wilson 7.5 - Decent. Won the penalty and always an option. Wiggins 7 - Had acres of space but we ignored him for the 1st half. Pinned back by speedy wingers but rarely beaten. Getting better with each game Pritchard 7.5 - If he had a better final ball he'd probably be in the premier league. Waspish and in your face. Great player Stephens 7.5 - Silly booking. Unlucky with that shot from outside the box and excellent set pieces Jackson 6.5 - There for influence but the game passed him by for large periods. Kermorgant 8 - Immense. Really hope he isn't hurt badly because he is as talismanic a player as I've seen for us Church 7 - Energy galore but no real service. Pretty sure he threw a punch but think he received one two. Pigott 6 - shows how strong Kermy is in the air that Piggy was bossed. Strengths are with his back to goal and the ball to feet. He'll learn from that
SCP - I'd have given Sordell a run out over Pigott. We needed to give them something to think about. I would also have taken Church (for the new lad) off earlier as he was knackered. Same for Jackson (for Cousins).
We still look a little slow and sluggish in comparison to some teams but the team ethic was superb on Saturday. Decent performance and the 3-5-2 really suits us

All supporters have their favourites, (myself included) and players that they don't particularly rate.
You get massive variations in scores on some players, and Wilson seems to polarise opinion. You have scores of 5.5 to 8.
This is not a criticism of anyone, just an observation. I was criticised for marking down Wiggins against Leicester.
It is the manager's job to pick players, who may not necessarily be the best, but the best in a certain position. I hope CP continues to do so.
