Excellent posting WSS0

I picked up on that, to me this statement implies that certain players are not happy and it is showing in their performances.seth plum said:I want to keep our best players...AND I WANT THEM TO BE HAPPY HERE, hmmmn, not code, but an in your face statement it seems to me.

"We're in a place of adversity" is quite a deep and telling statement.0
-
surprised there is not more chatter on this. Some pretty strong quotes from SCP there.0

Hard to know how strong, as we dont know the exact questions asked. Agree that 'adversity' is a pretty depressing comment though.AFKABartram said:surprised there is not more chatter on this. Some pretty strong quotes from SCP there.

Maybe it tells us we're out the cup and have no league wins?se9addick said:"We're in a place of adversity" is quite a deep and telling statement.

Maybe, but "adversity" is a strong word and I wouldn't normally associate it with just a bad run of form.Mortimerician said:

Where on earth did the Frimpong question come from?!0

I would guess one of the two or three journalists in the room.cafctom said:Where on earth did the Frimpong question come from?!
The rumour was in the national press and radio this morning so would have been disappointed if someone hadn't asked TBH

Interesting about Stephens personal situation and Solly "knock"

Why go with a calm answer when a hysterical one will do?se9addick said:

On the balance of probability I would say it is more likely that CP is refering ro stuff on the pitch, which he is in charge of, rather than stuff of the pitch, which he isn't. But I guess that's why my head is stuck in the mud (if only we had more sand).0 -
Someone says "adversity" is a strong word and you read that as "hysterical". I think you really need to get some perspective.
Or is the "everything is OK" corner you've painted yourself into getting a little uncomfortable?0
