Could I exchange my free match voucher in my season ticket on the day of the game?

If I fill in all the details and take it to ticket office before tomorrow's game would that be ok or does it need to be done in advance?

It says 2 hours before some where . I done mine at 12 on matchday. Not sure if they do it later.
