With full-backs Sam Ricketts and Adam Matthews pulling out with injury today, I wonder if that means a full call up for Rhoys. Outside chance I suppose as they already have Neil Taylor, Ben Davies and Paul Dummett as left backs but they are down to the bare bones and only have Chris Gunter to play on the right and 3 fit centre halves.
Well done Rhoys, surprised more hasn't been made of it on here actually.
Whilst obviously great for Rhoys on a personal level, us having Wales' 4th choice left back who's only been called up after countless injuries doesn't really warrant much of a song and dance does it? They've got players in their squad who've never even played a senior game. Who are Lloyd Isgrove and Daniel Alfei?

I would go with that logic if it was any other position but 2 of their top left backs play for Swansea and are both PL standard.

Another excuse they could use is that it was 27 degrees and the ground was flat...
Decent club representation... 5 players involved / considered for international duty
