Just reading HH's article in The Times about how desperate he is to avoid relegation for a fourth time in his career. He made reference to when he was at Ipswich and how they rose from the dead and almost stayed up. So while Googling,I came accross this page from the Beeb from 2003 asking where it all went wrong. If we were relegated, it could easily apply to Charlton - and makes interesting reading for us Addicks today:

Agree, though - going down will change an awful lot of things, and we won't be able to hang on to bulk of squad like we did in 99/2000.
