So very very sad - RIP Adam.

@AdamsAppeal At 9am as we held his hand, stroked his hair & told him we loved him, our beautiful son Adam took his last breath & left this world.

Bump!! This post made me cry instantly!

Brings it all back to me. When my daughter died the day she was born 20 months ago, the hurt was off the scale. Both my wife and I were completely overwhelmed with the kind words left by Lifers following my post of my devestating news the day after. I know if the family are reading these posts it will give strength to help begin the healing process. Lifers may be a mixed bunch when it comes to opinions and personalities, but when sorrow is too close, the unwavering shoulder to shoulder support is very poinant. Kind words from a total stranger are still valuable kind words and make a great difference. My thoughts are with all that knew this special boy.

    RIP little Adam.
