Many thanks Henry. This is precisely what we have been hinting at publicly and privately... We do not need to wait until a club is on its knees before we "push the business potential a successful trust can bring to a club".
As reported the Trust has gone from 100 to 550 members in six months and from 1,000 contacts to over 3,000. The website has just hit a seven week average of 3,000 hits per week - up from 1,000 per week earlier in the year. The numbers are not that high but the rate of acceleration is close to viral.
So far we have estimated that the club is losing £7M per annum but we have not looked at what we are going to do about this. It is not the fiver per head which will make a difference but a mass membership trust pulling in the same agreed direction with the board WILL make a difference...

How? We are working on that right now!
