Real shame that given the demand, we potentially could have taken double to this. That won't be repeated many times this season
Too true. In terms of potential allocation, we would definitely have been better off in Brighton on the opening day of the season but I suppose it is just one of those things.
Away at Brighton on a summer Saturday? The Old Bill would've soon put a stop to that.

You saw an opportunity to bash the club, sadly your ignorance of the facts made you look the fool.
and you saw an opportunity for a fight and to patronise as you always have done on CL . I'm not interested as your not worth it.. Goodbye.
Not looking for a fight, just pointing out the ridiculousness of your statement. You blamed the club for something they have no control over; surely you can see the idiocy in that.
Even without knowing how most advertising on the internet works, it’s common sense that the club would not deliberately advertise a rival.
The club does have some control - for example it wouldn't be right for a rival air conditioning firm to advertise on the site and there are processes in place to stop that from happening. While not club specific, an ad that promotes something in direct competition with Football League fixtures is clearly not appropriate on a website controlled by the Football League and I would guess that will be pointed out to them.
I have à picture sent to me on whatsapp of the temporary stand from my West ham supporting brother who was there on saturday and it lookw no where near finished. Its just à metal frame.

The club still don't place the adverts, so can hardly be blamed.

Nice one, Nathan - very neat indeed. Bags of essential drinking time in Bournemouth. Apart from the cash savings, I especially admire your rapid return to the smoke via Reading.

Would of been a weekender if the hotels weren't £70+ a night

MoG posted this on Saturday.
Getting a London Terminals to Basingstoke return on the day for £14.80 (with railcard)
Then got 2 advances from Basingstoke to Bournemouth for a total of £4.20 (had a £5 off voucher)
Waterloo 08:09 >> Basingstoke 08:58
Basingstoke 09:10 >> Bournemouth 10:11
Bournemouth 19:45 >> Reading 21:04
Reading 21:09 >> Paddington 21:36
The return leg via Reading is actually quicker than a straight train to Waterloo.
