How does this work, Im assuming teams can only spend what they generate through selling players, season ticket money and sponsorship to prevent Portsmouth happening again. Will rich owners not have as much of an influence? On this basis would Bournemouth have a small budget or can their rich owner still bankroll them? If this is right would it be a good idea to sell the naming rights of the Valley, have a sponsor on the shorts or back of the shirts?
