Given the Community Trust is 20 years old and the newsletter is a couple of years old I'm not sure CACT could be accused of plagiarism

I wasn't aware of their publication until now, officially we are CAS Trust News, regardless of that there will be brand confusion, I have witnessed it first hand - given they are both called Trust. We are gravitating to TNT so that may help.
