A shameful incident that shows the decline in moral standards and the lack of honestry in the media OR an over the top reaction to a everyday event that is only being mentioned because it is Blue Peter? Discuss.
Over the top because Blue Peter's one of these shows the people who run the media have a fetish about. Someone cocked-up while in a panic while making a live TV show. Big deal.
The real nasties are the likes of ITV Play (still airing on ITV1), and all the other quiz channels lurking on digital at night when there's plenty of lonely, drunk or stoned punters to prey on. And that's done for profit, not charity.

"Which river is the Houses of Parliament on? The Thames, the Tamar, or the Avon?"
I thought it was a kids' quiz on schools' TV, but then the picture appeared, and it was This Morning. (And they spelt "Tamar" wrong as well.)
Can you give us a clue?
