Well done Dom, and the people behind the Eltham branch. Been seconded to NWK,( well for the evening) but sent you a small present as promised by way of apologies.
Does Ben Hamer think he'll get his starting place back before the end of the season?
CP told him to get his head down and to train better than he has been and if the situation arises, he'll get his place in the team back.
Members of the first team have young players to mentor, Hamer's is Dillon Phillips and Pritch's is Ollie Muldoon.
Both agree CP should stay and say all this talk about him getting sacked if he doesn't win this or that game is all rubbish.
The Cardiff atmosphere was the best one Hamer has played in during his career.
Both agree Harriot has been great since he's been in the team, when he first joined, Ben thought that Callum had played a few first team games as he was way out ahead in talent/confidence.
The article where Hamer criticised the pitch was blown out of proportion and wasn't a dig at Paddy, just the reporter had made up most of the article.
Both agree that staying up was the sole aim from this season and will be seen as a success in the club.
Both were really pleased for Callum scoring at the weekend and think he is a good prospect.
Bradley knows he should do better to put his chances away, was frustrated at hitting the bar against Derby, knows that more is expected from him in terms of getting goals.
Ben enjoyed working with Andy Scott at Brentford and Paul Tidsdale at Exeter, thought Tidsdale could have taken the Southampton Job but he Loves Exeter, Said that he was a bit edgy with Steve Coppell at Crawley, will have no Problem trying to get his 1st team place back.
Both enjoyed having a mentor and Ben said that he encourages Dillion and thinks he is a good prospect.
Bradley would prefer to play midfiled but will play on the wing if needs be, both also mentioned the need to win at home and that it was something that the team were aware of and know that the fans are frustrated, the team are desperate to do better and everyone hopes they can get a win on saturday.
Ben talked about his time in Germany and also mentioned that his dad was a Ref,Said he went to watch Bayern Munich as a kid, also said that in germany goalkeepers don't have a good working situation like over here, keepers in germany are not interseted in helping each other. Said he had a good relationship with John Sullivan and still good friends.
Both have the same Agent and neither have a problem with agents in football, Ben said that he is happy to have an agent as it makes things for him easier and also said that footballers have a short career.

I thought the players represented the club very well. Ben Hamer was passionate and amusing and able to laugh at himself. Bradley was thoughtful and analytical.
I enjoyed Ben Hamer saying he couldn't understand how players could get intimidated playing at places like the Den. He said he just loved playing in front of 20,000 people who hated him - it sharpened him up.
Bradley talked about how players could become reluctant to take risks at home because they worried that the crowd would get on to them if it went wrong. He evidenced the wonder pass that Stephens put through to Fuller for the goal against whoever it was earlier in the season. He said it was a brave thing to try and that it was always tempting to play safe.
Thanks to all those who attended, i thought it was an enjoyable evening.
Interesting little Fact about Ricardo, Ben mentioned that ricardo has a dodgy shoulder and defenders know this so they target him, his shoulder comes out of the socket, he manages to put it back in, both said they couldn't beleive it.
Bradley couldn't believe his luck when he actually got offered adeal and kept phoning Powell to check, then had to wait a further week for contract.
Thats about it, thanks to the trust for also coming along.

Watford.
What a pass it was too. I was right behind it, through the eye of a needle.

Why is it being kept a secret?
Why can't those of us too busy/lazy to go know what was said?
Typical Eltham clique wibble wibble : - )
Hope it went well and look forward to hearing what was said

Hamer said that it was important to stamp their authority on the game sat. Thinks it's a winnable game for us.
Sounds like a good night.
Hope the raffle prizes raised a few bob
It sounds like you had a good meeting.
