Remember Geoff Thomas and Paul Murray, they used to come up to Charlton Park some Sundays and have a kick about with us, Geoff used to live down Charlton Lane, Paul Murray was Irish if i remember correctly.0

Long way back, Henry Laville was highly rated, Paul Walsh told a mate of ours that he was harder to play against than the first teamers. He seemed to be released after a couple of years and then disappeared.1

Billy Eyles…..full back, mid 60’s.
Featured for the reserves a few times…..liked to go clubbing and staying out to all hours….unfortunately for him he got found out and fell foul of club standards of behaviour, which was pretty strict at that time.0 -
He did. He was an unused sub in the away game at Shithurst Park in our promotion season when Paul Kitson scored the only goal. I met Steve after the game, but alas he never made an appearance for us.stop_shouting said:Steve barbe!
