Stewards last night

Normally this would be a thread complaining about away stewards, but not this time!

Thoroughly decent bunch, welcoming and friendly. Made a nice change to go away and be treated like a human being. Well done!

True, didn't really notice any which is how it should be. Meanwhile at Hull they had a go at me for leaning my feet over the empty row in front.

Yeah, I noticed that at the end when people were singing "Red and white Army" one of the stewards at the front was lightly bouncing a long to it with a massive grin on his face.

Agree, also Leicester fans i came across seemed a decent bunch as well, before during and after the game. Thought the banter was good but in the right spirit made a refreshing change from Millwall, Palace and Wednesday

Last season at Wycombe their stewards were fantastic. Friendly and really helpful.

Birmingham stewards always pricks though.

Gary I have to agree.

I was standing next to a guy at Leeds away this year and a steward, fairly violently, rips a pint from the guys hands. The steward accused him of being under-age and went to escort him out. At which point our fellow Charlton fan got out his ID and asked for his pint back. Disliked the steward just by looking at him. Clipboard was missing though.
