Our supporters yesterday with disabilities

Upon entering the ground yesterday just before kick off two of our supporters and their carers were struggling to get through the crowds on the concourse as you came through the turnstiles.I just wondering if anyone knows how they are as one of the young men looked really frightened by the noise and crowd congestion? Should there have been better provisions for them to enter the ground more safely? A few of us tried to clear a path around us to enable them to keep moving.

I was on crutches and it was pretty tough. Everyone was friendly enough but the whole surge thing if I hadn't realise it was about to happen would have a) had me over on the ground and b) made my injury a hundred times worse.

Overall though, you go to a football game, you have to expect a bit of that, I know you might be talking about a different kind of disabled person but largely it's all the same as in, you have to expect that sadly...
