More details on the select committee/Supporters Direct initiative on Trust News it's really important if you believe fans should have more of an input in the game, and those of who feel that way should support it as much as we can.

If anything comes of this, I'll be amazed. Clubs are independdant businesses and will warn Government off if they get too prescriptive.

They are not independent businesses are they?

You cannot go and watch Manchester United, unless they have somebody to play against.

They have been allowed to behave as if they are independent businesses in this country. Their behavior is starting to have a negative effect on a large number of citizens, who don't support the top 5-6. It is time to re-balance things in favor of the customers, and indeed the players of the game all the way down the ladder to Hackney Marshes.

I happen to think the Government should interfere a lot more in the tax status of Roman Abramovic...
