Sleet & snow forecast here for Saturday & this I find is the most reliable. It got it right for Derby game, when others were predicting deluges.
  • Bet your life savings on 1-1. Seems too obvious to be true.
  • 2-1, saturday jinx over

30% risk of snow or sleet.

30% risk of a home win.

  • Hard to predict this one... 2-3
  • Finally we get it together at home. 3-1 to us in the snow.
  • There will be no win or loss both home and away this season. As we won up there we will have to wait until 26th ( or if MK beat Wendies 9th Feb) to break the Saturday Valley hoodoo.
  • It really is lucky our away form stands up to scrutiny or we would be right in the mire. We really dont know how to break teams down at home.

  • 1-0 the reds.
  • First league double of the season?
  • No confidence after last week I think 0-1 to Blackpool

Get at them early and really attack and we may have a chance. Sit back and play boring longball up to no one we will lose.
  • 4 - 0 and the feel good factor returns to the Valley with CP jumping out the tunnel
    COYR
  • 2-0 charlton
  • I missed a trick last week not going with Beckford scoring first (or last) and Hudds winning 1-0 which was soooooooooooooooooooooo predictable. I shalln't miss out again this week. It's 0-1 Blackpool and Ince to score first or last. Mark my words!
  • .......can't see where the goals will come from for us. Praying that Fuller is back for a moment of class. I've lost confidence in our midfield and BWP/Kermo since last week. I keep thinking back to Powell's losing streak of 8(?) games after he took over from Parky and wonder if that may well be on the cards again over the next 2 months. Sorry, but the Hudds experience has left a scar.
  • We did score 4 in our last league game even if Owen Goal got two of them.
  • It really is lucky our away form stands up to scrutiny or we would be right in the mire. We really dont know how to break teams down at home.

It really is a shame our home form is non existent or we would be up with the best of them. We really do know how to play away from home.

2-1 home win. Powell decides none of the available back up central defenders are good enough and picks an attacking bench. One of our subs gets a late winner.

  • Be interesting to see how losing Appleton will effect them
  • 2-1 win Fuller and Kermo
  • The Watford game was huge. They are in the last playoff place on 40 points. Had they beaten us, they would be 6th on 43 and we would be on 30. However, us winning put us just 7 points off a playoff place. So faint hopes still alive. Home performances have been dire, and those who only attend home games are getting very disallusioned. No consistency in the squad and poor use of substitutes a major feature. Tomorrow a really good result could see us looking up and not down. So, 3-0 with a hatrick for a striker. Can't say who though, haven't got a clue who will play.!!
    COYR......
  • First time in ages I'm going along thinking we will win. Blackpool are in turmoil and I'm pretending that last week didn't happen and Watford was really our last proper game so we have some momentum. Probably deluded, but 2-1 to us.
  • As long as I leave the ground after the match feeling the team put in an effort then the rest is a bonus. Would love a home win but after last week i feel it's more important we put in a good shift. I can handle losing if we try to win. The foundations are there, split between this window and the summer if we can get 4/5 additions to the team we'll challenge for promotion. More of the same for the rest of this season I expect, next year will be the year. Patience is needed. #thebiggerpicture
  • We have to turn around our home form sometime, and the first home league game of 2013 would be a good place to do it. We will have some key players back that were rested or suspended against Udders so I fancy us to do the double over Blackpool. 2-1 to the mighty Addicks.
  • Think we can forget last weeks debacle and carry on where we left off at Watford. I'll go for a 3-1 rare home victory.
  • 2-0 Haddocks - JJ and Fuller
  • probable draw 1-1 ... although would not be surprised if we sneak a 2-1 win
