Got my ticket through this morning for the opening event next Saturday, cool.

Also tickets for the U21s where Scott Carson will be the first England goal keeper at the new stadium, and Darren Ambrose or Darren Bent could rifle in the first goal on March 24th should go on sale on Monday *taps nose*

Been a few times Rother's it's an amazing place. Even took a pic of the hairdryers in the changing room's!!!!!!
  • The opening event is a community day for Brent residents and England Fans members.

The U21s is going to be for 70,000 people, so first dibs Englandfans, then general sale.

KBLS, it's lush in there ain't it, going to be amazing when 90,000 people are in the bowl
  • maybe not on the open terrace where there isn't any segregation...................unless it's the Challenge Cup where we like a bit of banter between fans ;-)
  • I'm already looking at tickets for that game, £21 from the RFL website, but no stadium guide, saying that, I suspect all the seats have amazing views of the action
  • they sure do, even the ones right up top! loads of space, just a bit of a climb & a long way to the loo's!!!!!

so we'll be there come what may!!!
  • Aye, no climbing in the top tier though, esculators to the tier innit?
  • Wwweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee lucky me, I have two season tickets for wembley

    yay me.
  • yeah but there is still a fair climb from the tier to the seats if you're right up the back..............phew!

  • A chap I work with is going to the community day - well, just so long as Brent council don't twig that he actually lives just outside the borough, but they seem to have been fooled by his local postcode so far...
  • The Under 21's game will be the interesting one, see how the stadium copes with a crowd of 60,000 football fans, instead of 60,000 behaving and having a day out
  • And then there's the FA Trophy final as well.

If you can nab a Guardian, there's some great pictures in the G2 supplement of Wembley.
  • Saw them on line earlier, it looks the nuts, and well worth the wait to get it right
