There is an obscure connection between millwall/ max wall grafitti and the first dire straits album.

In the 70s I lived in Lewisham, visited the Albany Empire and saw Dire Straits live but I don't know!

On a wall in deptford but yes there was. You could see it from the train.

It was the inspiration for the dire straits album name.
