We all agree Charlton Atheltic are magic (circa 1976) We're top of the league, we're top of the league Charton Atthetic we're top of the league (all of the period September 2011 to May 2012) - old skool for goldfish brains
So famous covered end choir. How about we start hearing a few old skool melodies to remember the good old days.
Oh Andy Hunt, He plays up front.... Super Super Clive....... Kin Kin Kinsella
If that's not a massive kick in the teeth to our current players, I don't know what is. "Wow, they hate us so much, they'd rather sing about players who retired a decade ago."
If I had the wings of a sparrow If I had the wings of a crow I'd fly over Millwall And Sh*t on the people below Cos we all Sh*t together in favour of CAFC Yes we all Sh*t together in favour of CAFC

They weren't "people"; the crow had an "arse", not wings, and you've omitted "tomorrow" - essential for the tempo as well as the rhythm. Oh and in the interests of true pedantry, shit does not need a capital s in that song because it's a verb.
Thanks for that .............I knew I should've had the lyrics tattooed somewhere. Memory not what it used to be but message is still the same though :-)

Not a kick in the teeth at all. If anything, its a reminder that if they become such a club legend for us the way those players were, then their names will also be sung long after they have retired.
Ipswich away in the cup mid 80's Hark now wherever you maybe we are the famous CAFC and we will follow you wherever you maybe because we are the top of division 3

And for some strange reason Brentford away brings um back to life as well?

KERM- OR - GANT

Who's that scoring goals jonny robinson song
Heard this late 60's, think it may have been nicked from elsewhere...bad taste or what!
Charlton FC they had a reputation
For smashing up the stations
On the Southern region
One brave fan
He tried to take them alive
They left him laying in a pool of blood
And laughed about it all the way home
On a Croydon street
Woo ooo woo oo
Andy Hunt, Eddie Youds, Super Clive to mention a few.
After all, Mehmet played for both clubs!
