Around 350 tickets remain for the trip to Selhurst Park. Matt Wright reports Around 350 tickets remained for Charlton’s away match against Crystal Palace on Monday morning. Places are due to go on general sale from the commercial centre at 9am on Tuesday, and with Charlton having been allocated 2,600 seats, the Addicks were expecting to sell out before the end of the week. The match at Selhurst Park takes place on Saturday, February 2nd (3pm), and tickets are priced £32 adults, and £18 over 65s, students (with a valid NUS card) and U18s. Six wheelchair bays are available, plus 27 ambulant disabled spaces. Both are priced £18 and include a free helper. An extended Valley Away service is priced £10 return. Tickets are currently available to all Valley Gold members and season-ticket holders (up to two tickets apiece), plus fans who have bought tickets to three away games so far in 2012/13 (to the maximum of the lowest number bought for all three games). Tickets will also be made available online when places go on general sale on Tuesday. Palace have advised that students must take valid ID with them to Selhurst Park because it will be checked upon admission. Any fans unable to prove their concessionary rate will be sent to upgrade to an adult ticket at the main ticket office.

looks like there could be long queues at various points around the ground come match day and some very annoyed people.
no, we'll all be sitting down with our flasks and blankets Ronnie - not like when your lot go over there eh? - stand up all the way through - proper...
Literally just got the last few tickets. They said they are sold out now but they may be receiving some more tickets but wasn't sure. Roll on 2nd Feb...
2,600 is a crap allocation for this fixture! They can`t even sell out their home areas so they should give us at least 3,500. We give them a good amount of tickets, they should do the same.
think i read on there site for this game they have moved some home fans from there normal season ticket seats as we have been moved from the normal away seats.

This.....when they come over next season return the favour. Allocate them 2,500 and charge them £32..stick them in the last two blocks of the East Stand and give us the South Stand.
Does seem a bit ridiculous, especially as they got 16k for Millwall and 20k for Brighton in a ground that holds 26k.
It's not like our ground where you have segregation issues (ie. we can only give them 3k), all they'd need to do would be to give us an extra block or 2 because they definitely don't need them.
don't worry, I'm sure on the day there will be plenty of empty seats in the away stand due to a load of 'erberts being denied entry due to them having bought student tickets despite being aged 50 !!

Just seen this on the Palace website - not hopeful of extra tickets: After careful consideration, in partnership with the police the club have made the decision to give Charlton fans use of Blocks S, T, and U in the Arthur Wait Stand. The number of tickets allocated to Charlton fans is restricted to 2,600. Due to this configuration change Blocks V and W will become sterile areas and Blocks X and Y will remain open to home supporters.

Lets hope palace fans dont make the same mistake as that one idiot a few years back who ran in our end

Selling almost 3,000 tickets three weeks prior to the game is good going.
