Do we have scheduled a match that will remember " lost addicks"? My dad (John knight) a massive Charlton fan for over sixty years passed away unexpectedly over the weekend, and I would love for the whole family to be at the game when all the special people that have passed on over the year are remembered. Also who would be the best department to contact. Thank you in advance

I would try mick.everett@cafc.co.uk
Not his area but should be able to pass it on or try the new Chief Operating Officer Steve Bradshaw. Sorry, not sure of his email but you could ring the main switchboard
It has normally been a game in early Jan
I remember back 5 years, seeing my own Dad's name scroll down the big screen and the applause ringing around The Valley for him and all the other dearly departed.
It was very moving and a fitting tribute to all those who had shared so many good (and not so good!) times following our great club.
Good luck over Xmas
Charlton’s annual tribute to supporters and others connected with the Addicks who have passed away over the past 12 months will take place at next month’s home match against Blackpool.
Matt Wright reports
Charlton’s annual tribute to supporters and others connected with the Addicks who have passed away over the past 12 months will take place at next month’s home match against Blackpool, the club announced on Thursday.
Prior to kick-off against the Tangerines on Saturday, January 12th (3pm), fans, players and officials from both clubs will unite for a minute-long period of applause to remember all those who have lost their lives since the start of 2012.
A list of names will appear in that day's Valley Review and on www.cafc.co.uk the following week, and will scroll up the big screen while the memorial takes place on the day.
Supporters are therefore being invited to submit the names of their loved ones to be remembered by the club.
All of the names which have appeared in the Deaths section of the programme's Personals column since the last tribute against Stevenage in February 2012 will automatically be added to the list for the applause, as will the names of those supporters whose ashes have been scattered in the memorial garden at The Valley during this period of time.
But fans can also send in further names for the memorial to richard.willgoss@cafc.co.uk.
Alternatively, call 020-8333 4000 or post to Richard Willgoss c/o The Valley, but fans should note that the deadline for submissions is 5pm on Monday, January 7th.
