Late decision, he' s concerned that the other people organizing things don't have a good idea of the historic story, and wants to make sure everyone's reminded of it

me and 2 mates r at the top of the east terrace right in front of the camera on the clear up day - remember we lent someone a pick axe and he destroyed the turnstiles up there to landsdowne mews only to be told they were staying and weren't meant to be touched.
