Today's observer makes good reading. Apparently Ron Barron (Crossrail Industrial Relations Manager) is no longer there.
The same man who introduced the list (JLE Blacklist) in the first place.
Being a project sponsored by the taxpayer, why was he allowed this position in the first place?
Would like to have added it to your previous Electricians thread, but haven't a clue how.

It has been making loads of headlines the last couple of weeks. Was even talked about on the Andrew Marr show this morning. McAlpines are in it up to their neck.
I have been down to Parliament to sit in on the Scottish Affairs committees investigation into it. This weeks with Ian Kerr was fantastic.
Hopefully we will get a full parliamentary investigation and compensation for all on the list before long
Frank Morris has been leading a heroic fight to expose the blacklist on Crossrail for months. We are proud to have participated in the campaign - everything we have said about Crossrail has now been proved correct.
REINSTATE FRANK MORRIS NOW We demand a public apology and compensation from Crossrail.
