@paulthecab: Cant believe the old bill targeted pubs 2nite to tell they will use section 27 on groups travelling to sat game #mfc v #cafc
^^^^ Only the people they class high risk. Everyone will will be fine unless you are known ( and that will mean from my point of view.. anyone that has had thier nake taken at football)
Here we go, legalities of Section 27 and how to get away with not getting one
(3)A direction under this section— (a)must be given in writing; (b)may require the individual to whom it is given to leave the locality in question either immediately or by such time as the constable giving the direction may specify; (c)must clearly identify the locality to which it relates; (d)must specify the period for which the individual is prohibited from returning to that locality; (e)may impose requirements as to the manner in which that individual leaves the locality, including his route; and (f)may be withdrawn or varied (but not extended so as to apply for a period of more than 48 hours) by a constable.
Nathan - try that in court when you believe you shouldnt have had one.
It does not matter, if the OB wont you they will have you. Trust me, like what is being offered out now.
Remember the warnings that went out before the Palace game around 07? ............ Along the lines of,... "if you go to the game and are seen you are Liable for arrest? No one went and a train full of CAFC got attacked?
Plod are telling risk fans not to travel together? This gets more ridiculous. What you going to do, sit on different carriages & stand on different sides of the pub? Laughable.
We don't deal well with teams frustrating us at home, whereas we're set-up perfectly to do the exact same to teams away from home. Confident of at least a point and Millwall's run has to come to an end at some point. Why not against us? They're not Manchester United.
To be fair, our record against man utd probably holds its own compared to our record against millwall.
I know they are on this long run but within this run they have been 3-0 up at home to Birmingham and ended up drawing 3-3 also they only just broke down a 10 man Leeds team. Lets start looking at some positives and get up for this game. There run has to stop sooner or later. COYR

Exactly on this flying run and 5 points clear of us
Around 185 of Charlton's allocation of 3,600 remained on Wednesday morning.
Millwall tickets are not available to purchase online. Contrary to the original information supplied, Millwall have since told the club that tickets will not be available on the day.
Tickets will be posted out until the end of Wednesday, November 28th, and will remain on sale in person from the Valley commercial centre until 3pm the following day.
Meanwhile, the police this week advised Charlton that there are currently no plans to hold back visiting supporters in the stadium after the final whistle.

Bad move by Police, If we win and end their run, there is bound to be little bits of trouble here and there.
As for 185 tickets left, bad support. Millwall would have snapped their whole allocation up within days.

Dont think they will let us out the same time as Millwall if we nick a win or score an equaliser just before full time.We could end up there over night LOL

Plod are telling risk fans not to travel together? This gets more ridiculous. What you going to do, sit on different carriages & stand on different sides of the pub? Laughable.
The 9 that got nicked for the Fulham thing are not allowed to be together on match days and if they are on a train on a normal day they have to all sit in different carriages. The two bothers were told that if they leave the house on a match day when CAFC are playing even out of London they have to go there separate ways for the day as part of there bail conditions.... now that is Laughable.

Really?
Harsh
Yep, but this was after all connected were not allowed to even speak to each other for 9 months as part of Police bail. The one above is from the Judge.
There's a very good reason the police will let us all out together.
In the last game v Leeds all that holding them back did was allow groups to form along their march to Surrey Quays and be able to pick them out as targets.
Now, you've got the option to simply walk out and mingle with Millwall fans and if you do that without fanfare you simply get to go home / to the pub in good time.
However, if you want to make a scene then you give the police the easiest bust of all time - they'll film it and then wade in and nick you there & then, and then show the film to convict you of serious football violence.

Aa SE9 said, thats aimed at certain people rather than your average 'normal fan' in most cases.
