edited November 2012 in General Charlton
He said he'd never heard of the sixties band, but admitted to singing along to the chorus of "Fire Brigade" when he was a youngster.

my oracle (a k a Wikipedia) tells me that Flowers was released in summer '67, Blackberry in summer '68. Night of fear was the move's first hit, before the days of Blackburn (NOT the Rovers), Roscoe and wunnerful fab radio 1. The Move were a cracking group in the days before groups became 'bands'
