    LoL!
  • Think I might make this my new wallpaper when I get into work Monday
  • Loved it he went a little mental at the end proper legend
  • Yes, he really is a Ledge. We are lucky to have him. :-)
  • He knows he has got the engine started - hard luck to the teams who have to play us now.
  • Great pic but small moan-why is all our training gear blue? Looks like he's managing Millwall

after the recent debate around mental health, I would like to register my complaint about the use of the word " mental ' in the posters comments?

    Good one Sillav :-)
  • Came right over at the end and looked very proud and very emotional (obviously in hindsight a bit worked up about his verbal exchange - hence the air kick near the advertising board). It might sound stupid but sometimes I worry if he cares too much, he is the kind of manager you can imagine not sleeping and unable to ever come close to switching off.

Over 100 points in league 1 and sitting nicely in the championship on shoe string budget, whatever's he's doing it works
  • Not having a dig at him J, more concerned, he certainly has looked drained in the last few weeks
  • Looked fine at the end of the Bristol game last week. Imagine what he'll be like when we beat millwall in two weeks ;-)

Looked lost and defeated during the first half of Cardiff game, spirits raised by the crowd and players response, and a different person with different body language at Bristol
  • Hope we have a cracking atmosphere in store on Saturday for the lads.
  • Let's not start the body language debate again! Chris wears his heart on his sleeve and so shows his emotions. I think the fans have shown him we are well and truly behind him! COYR!

When you hear them interviewed, I think switching off is something most managers would say they struggle with, CP just keeps his emotions a bit nearer the surface than a lot do.
