Fully agree with this post. As a supporter since my first game in 1963 ( 3-0 win vs Bury) I feel I've been through the mill, with highs and many lows, along with all other Charlton supporters. A few days ago I replayed the DVD from last season to cheer me up and remain convinced that that team is good enough to stay in this division. Unfortunately almost half of them are missing now due to injury and even our signings (Fuller, Wilson) are crocked. By Christmas most will be back and the points total will improve dramatically.
We need to fight, spit and scrape for every point right now and stay in touch with the safety zone. Three point wins are great but avoiding defeat is more important right now. That includes the supporters, who must stay fully behind the team, even in adversity. Also, the board and management who must retain the faith in CP.
Hold on this season, and build from there. CP is bright and will learn more about what's needed to prosper (like he did in Div 1).

Sorry, I know I'm not down with it any more, but just trying to read this made my head hurt. As my teachers always used to say at school, try reading it out aloud and tell me what you think.
