The season ticket holder who sits next to me has been coming year in year out, normally he comes with his dad, although other times the dad does not come if he is ill or its too cold. Dad was not there on Saturday.

Me "Too cold for Dad?"

Him "No"

Me "Oh"

Him "He died"

    I had a very similar experience at the Barnsley game. Having sat in the same seat for years, you get to know all the people around you. One extremely nice man who sits infront of our family was not there and we were told by his friend that he had died the week before! We were all so upset at the loss of a truly wonderful man who made us laugh every week, but also, at a life long fan of CAFC not seeing his team back in the Premiership (as he always said he we would be one day). Don, you will be sadly missed for the warmth and cheeer you brought to all who knew you. RIP
