  • goals not league games.
  • that is about right
remember he has had less then 15 minutes in most of those games

he scoring ability is a pretty serious deficiency! but otherwise I still maintain he is a good player that troubles defences - one thing is for sure I would much rather have Lisbie instead of jfh up front with Dazza

Whilst his goalscoring record isn't great about 100 of his appearances have been as a sub.

Many of those will be just a few minutes towards the end of a game.

If you look at his starts his ratio is between 1 in 3 and 1 in 4 although I don't have the exact figures to hand.

  • they are not the last ten mins of a game, this guy has been at charlton for over tens years,i have been a fan since 82ish and that man is the worst forward ever to grace the valley, also its a poor excuse that in over ten years hes played so little and been injured so much.the man is what 29 and still hes at our club.stats dont lie he does not score goals full stop.
  • thanks dave that truly is appalling, james walker is a better bet.
  • I think a superfit not superkev Kevin Lisbie can be a handful when given an extended run in the side, as long as everyone excepts that a goalscorer he ain't.

...surely though he's been paid all these years as a 'striker' !!!
  • I'd like to see his "assist" record.

I reckon it would be good.

Leaburn didn't score that many himself. He set up plenty for others though.

    Lisbie is similar.
  • You can make all the excuses you want about how "he is a handful" or "he gets into good positions", the bottom line is that Lisbie is not good enough...

  • Come on, someone find his total minutes of Charlton football statistic....
  • Played 147 games scored 16 goals.
  • minutes, not games.... he's nearly always a sub right? LOL

He isn't the greatest granted but the WORST. Oooh no - you obviously never saw Mike Small play.
  • Thomas, Ambrose, Rommedahl, Sam are all better wide players than Lisbie

He is the worst striker at the club at the moment, JFH may be fat & nearly forty but he can finish given the chance.

I don't even recall that many assists from Lisbie.

Bin him ASAP & use the wages saved to go towards signing Song permanently.

Lisbie would be very good at League 1 level, although as his pace declines i wonder what else he would offer them.
  • Lisbie is on peanuts by prem standards
  • when lisbie goes on loan to those lowly clubs, they hardly bite charltons hand off to get it extended.
  • lucy if you think Lisbie is the worst striker you have seen in the last 25 years then you can't have been to many games cos believe me there have been loads worse.

and as for Walker being better then what are you basing that on? his fantastic loan spell at Orient perhaps?
  • I was going to say, James Walker tore the place up at Leyton Orient didn't he
  • Put Lisbie back on the YTS.
