Hi, I've been meaning to write and let you know about the Zanussi hoover that i bought from you for my cousin which was one if not the worst I purchased eBay and I bought quite few items within last five months. It only lasted just over few weeks before it completely stopped working. And even during that week or two of use it hardly pulled any dust which I'm sure you knew about when you used it as I only read the customer comments on Amazon after about how bad this product is. They sell new with guarantee for £41 so buying for £30 plus the petrol cost was definitely not worth it.
Now I had to buy my cousin another one which was for lot less and importantly works perfectly as a Hoover should!
To be honest the way I feel I should get full refund if not something towards this rubbish useless item!
