Anyone know if the Palace game will be on US TV?

Hi.

I'm currently working out in New York and I want to sneak off in the afternoon to watch Charlton Palace on Friday. (Don't want to stream it at my desk!)

I think they usually show the sky games out here on various channels.

Just wondering if anyone knows what particular channle it will be on? As I'm sure trying to get it on in a bar without having the right channel will be a nightmare.

If any US Addicks (or anyone who may know) could help it would be much appreciated. (I couldn't navigate the google results!)

I don't think I'm gonna get many other chances to watch Charlton out here!

Do you know which channel is it on NYaddick? I see that Fox Soccer Plus has dropped showing the Championship games this season

i get live championship games in the USA from a DirectTV channel titled "BEin Sport" ...

it used to be called Gol TV and now owned by a Dubai Based Network...

I was hoping to just pop out of work for the game and sneak back no one the wiser (cheeky I know) but I'm working in the financial district so don't think I can do that with NevadaSmiths.

Do you or anyone else know anywhere around the financial district showing it?

If not I will book the afternoon off and may see you in Nevada Smiths.

unfortunately I think Nevada Smiths is your best bet - it's on 11th St so not too far from the financial district. It is the self-styled 'soccer' pub in the city so shows everything - lots of other pubs show Prem games.

Bein sport is showing the game in English at 4.45 p.m. ET (delayed) on channel 620 on directv in US. The game is being shown live on Bein Espanol on channel 426 but you need a package. Ok so I just have to avoid a computer for 2 hours and watch the game at 4.45 p.m. on east coast. Up the Addicks !!

Ooh. I'll have to check this out. I have Direct TV at home. I'm in Calif. Stoked if true. Just have to wait 2 hours and watch it - and remember not to follow the CL match thread as I usually do. :-)

Brilliant. Just checked it out and it's true. HD as well. :-) We play second fiddle to Ligue 1 at 11:30 Pacific though. Beggars can't be choosers.

I booked the afternoon off (Let my boss know what my priorities are!). This way I dont have to come back to work after 4 pints either! and when we win I can carry on drinking!
