The Trust needs a web designer to get our new site created and running, who has the time to commit pretty much right away.

When you say 'web designer' I'm not sure exactly what it is you need. I can create a website and get it 'out there' with content supplied by someone else but I'm not a designer.

I have a mate who does web designing, but he wouldn't do it for free.

oh and it must be free, and someone who has some time to commit, ideally who could also attend fortnightly or so meeting til its conclusion and can do the odd bit after its up

I reckon Wordpress can offer most, if not all the facilities the Pompey site offers. And it's free.
