Great shot of The Valley (not really, so have marked with red dots for those who aren't overly familiar with the geography - the dot on the right marks the Jimmy Seed Stand).

Think you have misplaced those dots.
The Valley is not beyond The Thames Barrier.

Judging by the big buildings in front of it being the Sainsbury's depot, then the retail parks, I believe what I've circled is The Valley, which is pretty much just the West Stand in view

Could just be perspective, that photo is not taken on a direct west to east plain0
