Can you bring blind dogs/hearing dogs to The Valley? **one for Airman Brown maybe?**

I am bringing my mate to the Palace game and he is deaf. He has just got himself a hearing dog and asked if he can bring him. We would be in the Lower North stand. I said most probably not as I have never seen any working dogs there, but what about in the disabled area, for future reference?

Yes but the seat has to be on the end of the row next to the steps. And inform the club which turnstile youses will be using so they will inform the operators to avoid any grief there! If you don't sit at the end, people often are willing to move one or two seats up to accommodate you... If problems see the stewards.

What is the point of bringing a blind dog to the game? Surely a guide dog would be more appropriate:-)

I did take a dog to a game at the Valley once and she didnt hear to well ! mind you it was said her sight wasnt that good hence being with me !!!

Surely you'd want a commentating dog for the blind.
Or a thinking dog for the Millwall fan.

The answer is that you can bring a working dog, instead of - not as well as - a free (human) helper. However, you need to make arrangements in advance, by emailing disability@cafc.co.uk or contacting David Webb via the switchboard 020-8333 4000 on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday before 2pm.
