Hi fellow Addicks. I'm Peter James and I have been a very loyal Charlton supporter for over 40 years.
You may have read previously that I took part with over 40,000 people in a walk of 125 miles over four days in Holland, this event has been rebranded as the Walk of the World. It was easily the hardest thing I have done in my life. My feet were a complete mess at the finish (have photos to prove it).
I set myself a target to raise £2000 for the Sunrise Greenwich Group. We are a local Mental Health charity that have won many awards including the Queen's"Golden Jubilee Award for voluntary service by groups in the community" This is the MBE for voluntary groups.
Thanks to people's generosity I have managed to raise £1350 so far. Unfortunately I was not able to set up a Just giving page.
