Comments

  • On a cup run already!
  • COYR!!!!!!!!!!
  • Cue stream of any-Chatham/Chav remarks manfully rebutted by Carter
  • Finally get a chance to sing the old Sittingbourne song to Chatham Town supporters:
"All bling and Burberry, high teenage pregnancy, no father on the scene, all robbing cash machines!"
  • Chatham's pitch is no better than Danson Park mid-winter. This'll be a fun!!
  • Well its upon us. alot has been written about the two sides leading up to this game. This being the most.

So who's going to this local derby?
    £8 a ticket.

  • Just looked at the draw, am i the only person here who had never heard of a side called Hollands & Blair. Poshest football team name i've ever heard of!

Seem to be doing well though, massive rise up the leagues, won 6 titles in the last 10 years.

I had the displeasure of playing against these a couple of times, got spanked both times and I got sent off the second time around.

Had a lot of coppers playing for them at the time, very good side
  • If anyone going wants a beer go to either the huntsman (five minute walk) or the general at sea (ten minute walk)

Decent ground Chatham town, rarely a queue at the bar and the players hear every single word from the crowd
  • GOAL! He's done it again. Bradley Jordan scores his third in a week to open the scoring after 29 minutes. 1-0 Charlton. #KSC (IL) #cafc

GOAL! 2-0 to Charlton now. Ruben Bover Izquierdo's deflects off Taylor McDonagh and past keeper Tim Roberts. (IL) #cafc

    Half-time: Chatham Town 0 Charlton 2. (IL) #cafc

Second half is off and under way at Chatham. 2-0 at the moment. (IL) #cafc
  • Thanks for that update, Callum
  • No problem! Just a copy & paste job off the club's official twitter. :-)
  • Helps me as I don't tweet !
  • finished 2-0. reasonable game. first half we looked more threatening. second half they tried to come at us, pope making a couple of good saves. they hit the post as well from a well struck shot.
Bover controlled things in the middle.
Harriott came on in the second half and looked pretty good. burst pass their fall back on a number of occasions.

the best bit about the game was having a beer standing right by the pitch.
  • Thanks, Karim.

Glad you had a good evening.
