    I beg your pardon
  • Haven't been to B'ham before but going this season. Went to Wolves when we beat them 4-0 2003/4?? great day which was ruined by a Wolves fan spitting in my mums face as she waited outside the ground for me. Still makes my blood boil to this day.

Unfortunately, even though football has changed over the years, you still get people like this. Makes you wonder doesn't it
  • U always get a few real scum in every fan base.theres alway room for a bit of 'banter' but only scum of the earth spit in someones face.
  • Many tickets sold so far?

    Definitely 2!
  • In terms of atmosphere I reckon B'ham still hold thier own better than most.

Don'tr eally see them as an intimidating set of fans though, not as pointless as the millwall kiddies, but going that way.
Some noise but at the end of the day, no problems in and about the ground.

looking forward to going up there.
  • Just ordered my ticket, looking forward to this

Ha. Those kids in the Dockers are just that kids - but trust me, if you came to a proper Millwall game and not Charlton at home then you'd see our 'proper firm' in the Barry Kitchener stand - numbering about 500-800 odd and not a little kiddie from Bexley in sight. And plenty of fans of clubs like Leeds and Huddersfield will tell they make a very intimidating atmosphere. Wolves hooligans phoned the police to get an escort in and out of the area last time.

And before I get shouted down for 'glorifying' our rep...I only bring it up cos it always makes me laugh that non hooligan clubs like Charlton and palace bring up those little idiot in the Dockers as if they ARE the Millwall firm that our reputation hinges on.

Either you want to talk about hooligans in a non sniffy way, or you want to make snide remarks. Anyone who gets naughty at Charlton will tell you that Millwall ain't kids.

    Anyway, we've covered this elsewhere.
  • Whilst Bunny may well be correct this thread was about our game at Brum. Which
    I'm looking forward to.

Thanks for that mate. I'm glad we are all clear on this matter now.
  • All this talk about 'proper firms' has got me tired

Bunny you say that they don’t turn up when you play us at home, why is that?
not true millwall supporters, just there for the game where they reckon there will be a full on ruck? (not sure i like your use of words for describing a charlton v millwall game as not proper, i guess you mean for violence, could of used a better decription if so.)
or our they scared? or are they closet Charlton fans?
  • whether they are 6 stone 14 year old kids or 18 stone muscle men...they have failed at life.

Pretty much. Spending a Saturday gesturing strangers than cooking the wife dinner is hardly living the dream.
  • All you need to know about Brum is: Don't give it after the game when we win.

Bunny: Wish you'd fuck off back to your own forum you repetitive, irrelevant nerd.
  • Picked up 2 tickets today. Expecting a tough game
