We didn't help him. He wasn't ready, we gave him the chance, that got to his head and now he's nowhere.

I'm all for giving youngsters a go but it's got to be done properly.

We can't rely on youngsters to keep us in the CCC. That's why I think we do have to sign players like Baldock.
