converted anyone to the Addicks?

Thought this would be a bit of light relief from all the financial discussions on here

Has anyone converted another teams fan to support the Addicks? I'll start, My wife's brother a S/T holder with Chelsea is now an Charlton S/T holder. To be fair he still has is chelsea one, but I'm half way there!

My two mates were Man Utd and Liverpool got my man utd friend a ticket to the play off semi final and been hooked ever since, my livepool mate was going to the odd game then got a season ticket in the corner of the NU now both of them have season tickets 2 rows in front of me in the J Block! i used the what's the point in supporting them when your only gunna see the games on sky that seemed to work!

Well, not quite converted, but in Thailand there is a bell in most bars. If you ring the bell, you buy everyone a drink, particularly the staff. On a somewhat drunken afternoon, I taught the girls working in a bar the words of "Valley Floyd Road" and promised to ring the bell if they sang it. Of course, they soon learnt enough to ensure that the bell was rung.

My mate Si moved to London from Newcastle under Lyme. He supported Leeds when he lived up north. We worked together for a couple of years and I persuaded him to come down to the Valley. He became a season ticket holder. He's never looked back...
