Can't see Redknapp schlepping up from Dorset to the Midlands, he will be keeping his eyes on southern jobs, I can see him pitching up at QPR if Hughes does not get it right.
If they can afford him, and they probably can, and IF he wants to go there, he'll get them promoted straight away
They'll move heaven & earth to get him there. Or bring there to him knowing his travelling bugbears. They've got the money.
I fancied Forest for promotion before all these changes came about ... Harry might ask for (say) five million for a year's contract and for disruption, subsitence allowance etc .. If Forest go up, that mooted five million plus money spent on players will be money well spent. Forest has a huge potential following in the Midlands and has a great history of course. It's interesting how Leicester and Derby (after troubled times) are both quite wealthy, well financed clubs whereas Villa, Wolves and Brum struggle. Perhaps a power shift from the west to east midlands ?
It's so harsh on Cotterill who has turned them around and got them playing better and his first task was to get them away from the drop zone which he did and did not have time to mold his own team in pre season to have a crack to at least getting them back in the play-off this year. He has been shat on from a great height by the new owners.

Redknapp says: “I am not interested, but it’s an amazing club with great tradition. I’m sorry to see Stevie Cotterill lose his job.” #nffc
And for 1990 with his tippy tappy backward steps for their goal.
