With all the investment seemingly going into the grassroots side of things at our club at the moment, would the club not have had somebody in mind for this role instead of having to advertise it to all and sundrie? Or is it company policy that it has to be advertised?
I see they are looking to get in a sports scientist analyst intern to work for nothing.
Technically illegal. The low pay commission found that once a person is qualified they should be paid minimum wage. No pay for one year working 35 hours per week. Tut tut.
I know the guy that did it last season. Didn't get a single penny but was in the dressing room on the matchdays, sat on the bench and was also involved in all of the on pitch promotion celebrations. Surely that is priceless? (If you are a CAFC fan) And it looks good on the CV!
