Finally watched Succession. Well, sort of. Accidentally clicked on the wedding episode but thought we'd watch the first one so then watched the second one and were most confused when Shiv gets proposed to. Finally watched the first episode and now a lot of what happens in the second one makes sense.
Still have no empathy with any of the characters and would have been quite happy if all the helicopters had crashed and burnt so not sure how much more we'll watch. Yes, the actings good but when you don't care what happens to anyone that only goes so far. Compare that to Squid Game where you wanted quite a few of them to survive.0 -
Watched Part 3 of the Outlaws on Iplayer and it's pretty awful - not sure if I will watch any more. Part 3 is just awash with stereotypes.....Carter said:

The Good Doctor is pretty decent if you are fascinated by autism, which I am. The actor playing the lead is doing a good job...assuming he isn't autistic!2

Very dry and sometimes not so dry humoured Aussie drama/comedy with some insanely violent scenes and some very touching scenes too1 -
The pub featured in it is my local, it’s The Swan on the Green in West Peckham just off Seven Mile Lane. Lots of filming took place outside on the green as well. The Cockfields is back on Dave. Really amusing and touching comedy written by David Earl and Joe Wilkinson, starring Joe Wilkinson, Sue Johnstone and replacing the sadly departed and excellent Bobby Ball is the bloke who played Rab C Nesbitt
Its made me properly laugh several times already and picks up nicely from the first series. Listeners of gossip mongers will recognise a scene being played out as well1
