BBC1 programme tonight - Sporting Heroes: After the Final Whistle

Don't think it has been mentioned before, but this is being repeated at 11.05pm tonight and is worth watching/recording/catching up with afterwards on iPlayer.

It was first shown a couple of weeks ago, and I got round to watching it the other day.

Michael Vaughan speaks to a number of ex-sportspeople about what they have done once their careers finished, and how some cope much better than others.

The story of Matt Hampson, which some might be familiar with, is particularly thought-provoking.
