Might be a question frequently posted on here. But what do people think realisticaly we can achieve next season.
Me personally i think we will have a similair one to brighton just missing out on play-off. Would like a good fa.cup run if possible now we can start straight
away in the 3rd round.

hopefully more incoming then outgoing
I see Wolves (Solbakken won three back to back titles with Copenhagen taking them to the champs league) and Bolton being real forces.
Clubs with massive spending power like Leicester will only increase their quality and I find it highly unlikely they will have another season as disappointing as this one.
Whoever misses out on promotion from Blackpool / West Ham will also be contenders as will Birmingham who have some great young players who are only going to improve.
On top of that teams like Middlesbrough, Hull and Brighton all have decent sides. I think a Leeds side managed by Warnock is also a dangerous prospect too.
Having said that we are already on a par with / better than teams like Barnsley, Watford, Derby, Palace, Millwall so it's definitely not doom and gloom I just can't envisage another promotion challenge.
How about we wait until we at least have some basic information?
A) Scraped Survival
Finish bottom Half
C) Midtable
D) top half
E) scrape play offs but fail
F) promotion via play offs
Or even
G) Relegated
Realistically, I think we don't need yet another thread on a subject that ultimately we will not be able to comment on any way in an informed fashion until we've seen who's left in the division, who's come up from the one below, who we've signed/released, who our competitors have signed/released, etc, etc, ecterflippingra...
...but if WSS is right in your identity, then I can see why you wouldn't want to hang around until then to start repeating these sorts of posts ;-)
Five of the last six promoted sides from League 1 have finished in 10th place or higher. The only side who didn't manage that were Peterborough, the season just gone. Even they weren't troubled by relegation.
