Did your pocket money run to that Oggy? Four bob in proper money! :-)
  • Certainly was!
  • Ha ha my old man and his brother are on the back of those programmes from that season. Dad is just to the right of where it says half time scores and uncle to the right of him with the scarf.

  • That was my first season - have got doubles of all the proggys for some reason!
  • Any offers?
  • It couldn't have been cheap to print them back in the 70s!
  • On e-bay they're asking between 99p and £3.99. There's quite a lot of them.
  • Sponsored links:

  • two a penny these. Either give them away or put them in the recycling.

Don't listen to Large. He's right that they aren't worth much, but don't throw them.

(Actually, if you did throw them and so did everyone else then my double set would go up in value and I could make a killing on ebay fleecing fellow fans. Would have to open up an account in the name of "AshTray" first though, just to provide cover.)
  • I am surprised Delroofer has not put a bid in, he is normally first in :-)
  • Wow. Seeing that design again is a blast from the past. If I didn't know I'd never have said they were that old.

Makes you feel old, doesn't it?
    :o(

If I remember rightly they only had about 3 or 4 different covers that season - most of the proggys look the same and the only thing that's different from the front is the oppositions name!

(and the season before - I think - had a "C" in "Charlton that looked like a Pac Man. God, feel even older now!)
  • Pretty much everything makes me feel old these days and I'm only in my late 20's...[cough, cough].

Seeing that I'm sure I've got a few from that year knocking about in the loft myself actually. Probably kept them on the basis they'll be worth something one day...like 99p on eBay!
  • I would estimate they are worth around 20p each ( if that ). Charlton programmes from the 70's and 80's really aren't worth much in monetary value.
  • If you could get the Maidstone programme signed by Hales and Flash then it would be worth something.

I've still got loads of 60s, 70s and later programmes to shift for the auctions.

shall I chuck these your way then for the auctions?
