13.30 pint of Foster's in North Upper - while chatting with Mr and Mrs Len Glover

17.45 pint of Kronenburg in the Swan with Curb_It and pals
18.30 another pint of Kronenburg in the Swan
19.30 just missed train to London, so bottle of Beck's in the Lib
20.00 another bottle of Beck's in the Lib - party in full swing!
21.00 after partying on the train (Olly and RoD crowd, I think and afraid there might be video evidence...) glass of champagne at Roast
21.45 glass of white wine with starter at Roast
22.30 half a bottle of red wine with dinner at Roast
01.00 glass of red wine as nightcap at London hotel
I may have missed one or two as the evening wore on...and surprisingly not too sore a head on Sunday!!

back to eltham by 9.30 to show all the milwall lot in my local how happy i was and to inform them that 'we're coming for you'. again not a clue of alcohol consumed.
Title celebrations on Saturday followed by Foxfest on Sunday. Monday was emotional.

then went to the standard to have a pint of larger.
then on to borough. 6 pints.
went home had half a bottle of white wine then called it a day.
so all together...
7 pints of cider.
1 1/2 of larger.

its not good to think back on these types of things.
add friday and sunday nights and i am a part of binge Britain.
Beers on train, arrive at waterloo...train to charlton. Full english in Valley Cafe, put bets on in time for pub opening...

....body at this stage about to shutdown. taxi back to mates about 1.30-2
