Now we are relaxed, Wendies or Blades?

edited April 2012 in General Charlton
Have the blades blown it? It is difficult not to have picked up some interest in this local battle over recent months. I still think it will be the Blades but Stevenage at Brammall Lane is going to be very tough!

  • I think there's a thread on this already.......Blades for me.
  • sheffield utd will come good.
  • think morale at Utd must have been hit by the weeks events. Stevenage are going for play offs and i see wednesday sneaking in and then utd blowing the playoffs and going into administration next year personally.
  • Blendies
  • Wednesday have the momentum
  • I think which ever team doesn't make it won't do it through thye play offs.
  • hope its the blades but think the wendies will do it
  • Wednesday are the weaker team, so I'd rather they came up with us.
  • Blades all day long. Wendies to be beat by Stevenage in the Play offs.

  • Wendies for me ,the Ched Evans business has left a sour taste in my mouth.
  • Think Weds will slip up at brentford, never an easy place to go.
  • Blades just to laugh at Semedo and Llera !
  • This is like asking who should be the next host of `Children in Need'....Gary Glitter or Jonathan King?
  • Weds. Utd should have shown some moral backbone and sacked Evans.
  • Really don't like Wednesday. C'mon United.
  • United will struggle next season going up with that side minus Evans.

So them to go up (and straight back down) and Wednesday to choke in the play offs.
  • Gary Glitter.
  • Hope the Blades do it but have a feeling the Windies will pip them.

  • Honestly Think MK Dons will win palyoffs who ever is in them. Although some arrogant arses in their fan base, I would like to see Wednesday finish second.
  • Anyone but United, the whole 'Justice for Ched' is vile
  • Would prefer the Blades to do it but the over-riding emotion is - thank God we're not involved!
  • Much prefer United over Wednesday.

I hope Carlisle win the play offs so we can get promoted there again next season
  • Anyone but United, the whole 'Justice for Ched' is vile
    Think I agree with this
  • I think Sheffield Utd will crawl over the line and I have a sneaking suspicion that MKD might make it through the Play-Offs.
  • Not too fussed really, they're pretty much identical in size and location.

I have different reasons for wanting both to go through.

United - just to spite Miguel Llera.
Wednesday - I was on one of those delayed trains and didn't get to Hillsborough for the game this season. Would like to go there next year.

My feeling too. Don't like the Dons but might have a chance of a freebie there next season from that very nice Reading Addick.

  • I dont really care one way or the other. I just love the play offs (when we are not involved).
5 games where the teams have to go for it. I try and watch all of them.
  • Sheffield Utd as it's within easy walking (staggering) distance of the boozers in Sheffield city centre.

Hopefully Huddersfield in the play offs but can't see it on current form. I think Wednesday need another season in League One. It'll give them a reality check of where they actually are in the greater scheme of things. You've got to be cruel to be kind.
