  • Anyone know if the killer flag will be making an appearance for Hartlepool as well?
  • Hello all! I'll get back with an update once I'vevspoken to the club early next week. It will be the bigger Killer flag

    True Story Olly:
A few years back I was drumming for a London Punk/Oi band called Decedant Few and they/we had a gig Stoke Newington (sorry, forget the name of venue). CAFC were playing at Man City away (Bob Boulders debut if I remember correctly) and the rest of the people in the mini-bus promised me we'd be back by 9pm so as I could play.....except they decided to stop in Coventry on the way home: for 5 hours......
After my (so called) friends persuaded the resident band (and the drummer) that "He is quite safe" I'm sure I must be the only mohican drummer playing "middle of the road" songs along with request like "Do you know "Convoy", "Summer Loving"....."etc.
Not sure where this story is going, but, as Homer J says says: "I like stories".
Anyway john terry just got sent off.
    ;-)

    PS. I was sacked.
  • Lol only just seen that MOG. Don't have any stories to match....yet
  • Having spoken with the club it's bad news regarding the big flag for Saturday. It would interfere with both the pre and post match plans so we have to leave it.
It won't detract from the day though. There will be lots going on and it's going to look special, even without the big flag!
Thanks though to those who put their names forward to help. Maybe we can get it out for the first home game back in the Championship
  • that's a pity
